Senior Utility Assistance

Did you know you if you are 62 years or older you could qualify to save 14% for solid waste charges and 10% on sewer/wastewater charges? CARE Discounts Qualified households receive deep discounts on their energy bills through the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) Program.

Legal Services

Central California Legal Services, Inc. is a non-profit law firm that provides free legal advice to older adults and low-income individuals. Housing Support
