Fresno-Madera Long Term Care Ombudsman Program

Ombudsman are responsible for maintaining an ongoing presence in licensed residential care facilities for the elderly and skilled nursing facilities. Ombudsman investigate and seek to resolve complaints made by, or on behalf of residents. We are resident-centered advocates and seek to resolve complaints to the satisfaction of the resident. Consider joining us as we advocate for nearly 10,000 residents in long-term care in Fresno-Madera counties!
