ADHC of Fresno and Clovis

Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) of Fresno and Clovis is a Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) licensed program that provides healthcare services to elderly and adults with chronic medical, cognitive, and/or mental health impairments.
The center offers the following services:
• Professional Nursing Services
• Personal Care Services
• Social Services
• Therapeutic Activities
• Physical Therapy (Maintenance & Skilled)
• Occupational Therapy (Maintenance & Skilled)
• Speech and Language Pathology Services
• Mental Health Services
• Registered Dietitian Services
• Breakfast and Lunch
• Transportation
ADHC program costs are covered by Medi-Cal managed care plans: CalViva (Health Net) or Anthem Blue Cross. Private pay option is available for individuals who are not eligible for enrollment in the Medi-Cal program.
