To Whom Honor Is Due is a local senior care consulting business owned and operated by Cindie Van Noy, gerontologist, since 2004 serving California’s Central Valley. Cindie has been a member of the Aging Life Care™ Association (ALCA) for nineteen years .

ALCA is national network of independent practitioners and businesses providing a holistic, client-centered approach to caring for older adults or others facing ongoing health challenges. Working with clients and families, the expertise of Aging Life Care Professionals™ provides the answers at a time of uncertainty. Our guidance leads families to actions and decisions that ensure quality care and optimal life for those they love, thus reducing worry, stress and time off of work for family caregivers through: assessment and monitoring, planning and problem-solving, education and advocacy, and family caregiver coaching.

Aging Life Care™ Professionals are engaged to assist in a variety of areas, such as: Housing, home care services, medical management, communication, social activities, legal, financial, entitlements, safety and security. Assessments typically take place in the home; however, assessments are also done wherever the client is at including hospitals and care facilities. Our services are customized to best meet the needs of the client.
