Evergreen Life Care Homes – RCFE

Evergreen Life Care Homes are Residential Care Facility for Elders with multiple locations. Each location is a 6 bedroom private facility located close to each other. A stress-free environment where care, services, food and basic supplies are included into one cost-effective rate. We also provide medication management for all residents. We take care of ordering prescriptions, refills, dispensing and more. Hospice patients are catered at each location. We provide respite and palliative care in all the facilities.
